And when they got a few posts saying "yes I'm an actual gay who browses and to some extent enjoys /y/, hello," somebody else literally told them to get the fuck out, because yaoi is "supposed to be by women, for women," or something This became the basis of a pages-long, honest-to-fuck argument Later in the thread, some male trip who had been active in it said something along the lines that yaoi should be for everyone, except lesbians obviously (not in a "screw lesbians" kinda way, like an "obviously they wouldn't want any part of it" way). And then somebody piped up and said "actually hi I'm a lesbian and I come here a lot" All I remember prior trip guy being able to muster was something like "But..how......why!?" I don't remember her answer, unfortunately Interesting, but the question remains... Why was you on /y/?
