I think it's more fair if only the votes of those who are joining the tournament are counted. It somehow feels wrong that a person who isn't affected by rules gets to decide them.

No Legends is always silly since legendary does not always mean good. Some of them, well, suck and some are about as good as your everyday 'good' pokemon.

Meh it is not that great. It has the same total base stats as Garchomp, same typing, and can't megaevolve.

If Garchomp is allowed I don't see why Zygarde shouldn't be.

"Legendary" doesn't necessarily mean "uber" after all.

His stats suck and it has an horrible movepool. If Grumpig is allowed, I don't see why Mewtwo shouldn't be.

How does mewtwo stats and movepool suck? It has access to tons of decent moves(Psystrike, Shadow Ball, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Ice beam, Focus Blast/Aura sphere) on the special side and Earthquake, Rock Slide on the physical side(Psycho cut and Brick Break are stab).

And last time I checked, 110 Atk, 154 SpA and 130 Speed coupled with 106/90/90 bulk is nothing to sneeze at, especially when you consider its Mega evos.

I personally think that the legendary should be banned with the exception of the Birds and Zygarde(same BST as garchomp).
