In PoR, it should only be announced (i.e. made visible, similar to how the unit glows red when this occurs in-game) when the unit is about to attack. Even though the speed/skill bonuses (such as for Janaff receiving a boost to Cancel) are in effect when being attacked, the game doesn't show Resolve being activated when you're defending. None of Largo's skills are procs too, it seems. After seeing the last round, I'm guessing it was a Resolve+Wrath+Miracle set. You pretty much let me eat that Largo really safely. Really, if there's 5 SP space that you don't know what to do with, you put Miracle there. There are cases like Mist and Elincia where the luck stat is really high though, making it almost like Tibarn's cancel, except Tibarn doesn't drain health back with Runesword afterwards.
