I don't think so. -5 STR Hector is arguably much better than -2 SPD Hector, for example. 18 SPD is enough to doubloe most things in FE7. And Axes have really good MTs. Furiously refreshing the package tracking page for the past few days hasn't helped speed things up. I wonder if it's stuck in customs at New York.
