You just act twice per turn once the unit's level is high enough. On bosses (specially the final boss) or enemies with a MAP Weapon, W-Move is... yeah... *shudders at thinking of Big Bang Wave or Black Hole Cluster fired twice in a row* But don't that means both unit's turn are used up? It was terrible, I remember specifically in Masou Kishin those later enemies having it was a bad time. *Also shudders* True, that's not doubling, but I mean like the general idea of having two attacks during one battle phase.
