Female Eveee is logical. Not any, there are a few exceptions, legendaries (- Manaphy + Phione), babies (so Pichu, Cleffa, Riolu...), and Nidorina/Nidoqueen). Eevee isn't a baby though, so no worry there. Also you seemed to think the Ice rock is an item. It's not.
