NO

WAR CLERIC BATTLE

Well, there's always the possibility that they could bring the magic triangle back, not just have a bunch of spells that have a bunch of effects but no clear indication of one being better than the other...unless you're playing a Sorcerer.

1. What gender is the Vaporeon?

Haven't promote my Eve (male) to Vaporeon yet.

Water stone is the only item for Eve I get so far.

2. What were you trying to breed it with?

Forgot this question please.

I've noticed both were male

Probably swapped the Pokémon accidently after a while.

I think this combination is strange anyway...

... though I didn't get a hint about the reproduction of Pokémon.

Could I use Eve for this... and if yes which other Pokémon would you recommend me?

I know I'm the biggest Pokémon idiot in SF.

Okay, the Eevee is male.

So the only way you can get an EEVEE egg from it is to deposit it together with this pokémon or a female Eevee family member.

I'll explain why quickly, when breeding, the Pokémon is always the same species as the mother. Ditto exists to let males and genderless produce offspring.

In addition, Pokémon are classified into groups called "egg groups" that determine what other Pokémon it can breed with.

Eevee and its evos are in the field group. So it can only breed with others in that group + Ditto.

Ok I see.

I can pair up Ditto with any other Pokémon for the population except with another Ditto.

It only exists in route 20, right?

Female Eveee is logical.

Not any, there are a few exceptions, legendaries (- Manaphy + Phione), babies (so Pichu, Cleffa, Riolu...), and Nidorina/Nidoqueen).

Eevee isn't a baby though, so no worry there.

Also you seemed to think the Ice rock is an item. It's not. It's a location at the back of the ice cave where you must level your Eevee to evolve it to Glaceon.
