Two perfect level ups in a row in 1-1 and 1-2. And he even was faster than Edward (same level) for a short time, because Ed is shit in my run. Actually Leo never really disappointed me in my HM runs. He's bad in part one for sure. He normally can't double anything. Though he becomes really useful in part 3 with the Lughnasadh.
