That plus a lot of companies that supply bottles don't feel like making (or paying for) a seperate production line of machines in their factories that doesn't stamp expiration dates. Well, yeah, but that wouldn't affect the water until many years later, far beyond said expiration date. If it happens in the first years then the company who sold you said water either gave you a faulty product or they're shit. OK, I actually do get it, because the Netherlands were liberated from the French in 1813. But it's still factually wrong.
