I wouldn't be surprised honestly,but still It's a semi-true tag. To see any actual nudity, you need to use an external patch or get the 18+ version. And yes, Huniepop is censored too. Very easy to also find a patch for it. Also, is that a problem? Sexual content has been a thing on Steam and in gaming for ages (e.g. Witcher series, Mass Effect series, etc). And I know you're going to say something like "well hentai doesn't have any actual plot blah blah blah" to which I'd say try out the Nekopara demo. The story isn't exactly amazing and there isn't what one might consider traditional gameplay, but it's definitely far from just putting a 1 into a 0.
