In fact, there was only one train I could catch to the Netherlands... and it went to Amsterdam (which is in the northwest), while I live in the southeast. So I had to take the train to Amsterdam and then transfer to a train home. Fortunately the train stopped in Rotterdam too, so I could transfer in Rotterdam instead of having to go all the way to Amsterdam.
