Well, the bottom teeth never showed up. I don't think they even exist at this point. The top ones, on the other hand, started to show up some years ago... then they suddenly stopped poking out after a while. Don't know why, they just did. And have spent that way to the point that the skin actually regrew over them, covering them up again. Or they actually retreated back up. Not sure exactly which one applies. My tongue can barely feel the tip of both teeth at this point. And again, for years they've spent that way with no sign of ever try to poke out again. So yeah, at this point I can say wisdom teeth are no issue for me. In fact, the only time I had something done to my teeth, was to remove primary teeth. I still had three at age 17 and my mom was worried they would become a trouble in the future, so they removed two of them. So I still have a primary tooth in my mouth, and with two wisdom teeth being AWOL, my mouth has a grand total of 31 teeth, of which 29 are in use, since again, top wisdom teeth are almsot covered up.
