Nobody Posted August 23, 2015 Share Posted August 23, 2015 I know someone who's worse at 2D Mario than me other than my sister! I'm not nearly as bad in SMW and the new super mario bros games, tho. The only other Mario game that I remember sucking as much at is 3D World so nobody never played best 2d mario before? I've played super mario world plenty of times Sucking at 2D platformers isn't too bad. Have started to play Super Mario World this week to get nostalgic feelings (more than 20 years ago when I played it). If played it with keyboard controls, I'd suck as well. I think I used to be better at platformers back when I was younger. My reflexes have gotten worse since then I was playing SMB3 on my 3ds. With my advanced age my reaction time dropped. I played Super Mario Bros Wii (my first platformer after 7-8 years) and I had some issues with the Wii-mote controls. Sucked so hard at the second phase of the Bowser fight. Needed about 20 attempts to beat it, because I felt into lava all the time. Missed to jump at the right time. Also played Super Mario 64 DS which was actually very easy. Some stars were much easier to get than in the 64 version with using the correct character and its own ? block.
