However, Italy, Germany, and Austria-Hungary sided with me, which allowed me to make France back down. And thus, I own the Solomon Islands now, heh. The only Great Power that was left undecided was Russia, but was inclined to side with me anyway. The only Great Power that didn't participate was Great Britain, due to currently being with war with the Irish. As a side note, I find amusing that the CSA discovered Pluto. Why amusing?
