I can say with some uncertainty that Melty Monster Galaxy is the only song in SMG2 that I don't 100% enjoy. Though I think it's because I get Vietnam-style flashbacks to the hell I experienced in that level every time I hear it. By no means is it a bad song, but I think one tends to disassociate with something if they have bad memories of it. Dark times we live in. Dark times indeed. Everyone has opinions. Like this one. It's a good song, and I love it to death. But after seeing about 20 parodies on Nico Nico Douga that use this song...you get the idea.
