People from America for exemple are in general far more eager to talk to stragens than people from those cities. BTW, i always see a small phrase on the end of the "Canadians are nice" stereotype that is "Quebecers excluded" haha Not surprised about that last one I must say XD Even South Park did the distinction with everyone else being pretty nice and Quebecers being 'FRENCH CANADA IS ZE BEST CANADA' not too far away from how some Quebecers think.
