Some other stuff in the games made it worth the grind for me. Earthbound had nothing going for it for me, besides "omg you haven't played earthbound go play it now you plebeian". Have beaten the first two bosses in the Tartarus without many problems yet. I can deal with the battle system quite well so far. However running in circles, misclicking and mixing up windows with doors are standard in my run. And the worst part is that a couple of people watch me playing and about my stupidities. if you're starting P4, make sure you got nothing else to do for the next hour or two I know.
