That, and the battle system are the changes I loathe the most. (No really, who the hell is going to use the Chariot Tarot?) Only classes that learned a skill can use that skill. Meaning: Oh hey, did your little Warrior learn Double Impact? Well guess what? Even after you master it, only the Warrior can use it. Another example: Did you want to transfer the Knight's Rampart Aura to a Mage? Too bad, only Knights can use it. The skill system is a like a failed version of FFT's in that regard.
