Like, Kansas and Nebraska are part of the CSA, while Arkansas is not because it actually gained statehood as a Free State. They pretty much went "Screw the Missouri Compromise line!" Ahistorical, but still... Naturally, I'm taking advantage of the situation to gain my cores from the Refute Manifest Destiny decision (Colorado from the USA and Oklahoma from the CSA).
