The event I was referencing took place 7 years ago, so I didn't lack money because of Heroes. What happened is that I was at Cégep when I realized that I 1. Had forgotten my lunch in Aylmer(i.e.not 15min of walk away but instead 30min of bus away) 2. I didn't have money on me 3. My dad wasn't in his office(since he was still teaching there back then). So I was at school, had to spend the rest of the day there and had no money and no lunch. I had just left the corridor where my dad's office was, contemplating the grim possibility of not eating till 6PM when I found a 20$ bill on the ground.
