That helps you with about any weapon, since you're playing the pc version, I think Cyclone may be nerfed already, but it's still deadly. the problem I have with Thunder and Slash, is they have a chance of activation, while Cyclone is always active, however the nerfed version of Cyclone makes it so that it only procs on blocking enemies, in the Bow&Rod's case, that is literally no problem with its 2nd, 5th, and 6th charge attacks, since those multi-hit and procs elements with every hit. And as an added quirk, Cyclone doesn't break the guard, so...
