The next panel, she's riding it and making the adorable ":3" face. Then she stops, because Suika Ibuki is passed out drunk in the middle of the road. Man, I remember reading Frankenstein in Middle School. I used my knowledge gained from it to uh snark at Castlevania videos where they called his monster "Frankenstein", but it was an entertaining read regardless.
