LuxSpes Posted January 4, 2015 Share Posted January 4, 2015 (edited) I got mine online I fought Xord and lost I think if I kill his friends first I'll be able to do it tho Xord was a real pain on my first playthrough (not so much on my 3rd). The trick is to focus on the mechon around him just to build the chain attack gauge then use it against Xord to Break/Topple him. The characters you recruit will get a lvl boost if they're lower level than you IIRC. They'll maybe be 1-2 level lower. Later in the game, it's more about positioning and/or using skills that have a good synergy. The chain+break/topple is only really needed against the Faces since you can't damage them otherwise.
