AnonymousSpeed Posted February 15, 2014 Share Posted February 15, 2014 Well, lets review my mistakes: I had Marcia alive and instead of using my silvers to kill Shinon and Rolf I focused on Tauroneo Keiran was a bit to weak, so my wrath/resolve unit died before seeing action. Espinosa Posted February 15, 2014 Author Share Posted February 15, 2014 Handling Tauroneo (or Baldrick failing to make the most out of him? idk) was your best decision early on, IMHO, but you wouldn't have been as successful if he had Gatrie's Knight Ward (considering Marcia attacked him 4 times with a Brave Lance). Biggest misplays on your part were probably: 1. Relying on attacking with inaccurate weapons too much, when silver forges were available. Didn't matter much for Generals who lack avo, but it really did result in low damage output when you were attacking Snipers. 2. Mourning the lack of an Armorslayer, of all things, when you had the Runesword on Tanith (with 18 mag), and Giffca with 50 atk who has one of the best matchups against Generals. Giffca was also an easy way to 2HKO both the Snipers. 3. Letting Giffca untransform, which is the only way he can be critted at all (besides Wrath, so I guess one of these was sorta inevitable). Baldrick Posted February 15, 2014 Share Posted February 15, 2014 If I had attacked Kieran first round, the crit would have gone through. Attacking Kieran with Tauroneo instead of finishing off Marcia was a mistake, since it let Marcia finish him off next turn. Having Boyd instead of Oscar. Especially giving him Nihil/Resolve, he's too vulnerable to VcritblicK. Gatrie should probably have had the Vague Katti, since the defense boost works better for him.
