Does the doubling check occur at the beginning of the round, or after the first attack of the doubler? If the latter, Resolve activating should prevent Boyd from doubling. If the former, does Resolve affect the avo and skill activation % of the resolver? If so, that 12 should mean Tauroneo activates Counter, and the last hit misses. If you initiate the attack yourself however, and enter into Resolve range while getting countered, you will neither double (if you don't achieve that outside of Resolve range already) nor prevent yourself from being doubled (if you're doubled outside of Resolve range).
