It also seems like I forgot to count Rolf's +15 avo from Tauroneo during all previous Giffca encounters (making claw attacks only 90% accurate). For the last action where Rolf was in Resolve range, the avo boost did make a difference - the attack whiffed. Going to see if any of Giffca's earlier 90 hit attacks missed too, just in case.
