Raven won by a landslide but his image was too big either for an avatar (in filesize) or signature (in ... size).

So I compromised.

yes

Question 301. Who is your favourite one-scene character?

Hmm... the drunken Porter from MacBeth. Even though he gets one speech and a few other lines and that's it.

There's one guy in the Korean drama "My love from the Stars" who's essentially a fat businessman with diabetes who dies. His death served no purpose other than to show how heinously evil his killer was, as a house, we loved him.

I'm pretty sure that in Legend of Galactic Heroes

There's a one-scene character who shows up just to be executed by Reinhard for incompetence.

I can't think of anything else so I'll just go with this.

... The guy from ... that film ... about advertising? I don't know the name and I haven't seen the film in full, which makes this rather useless.

I'm going to cheat on my own question for a runner-up! Sir Eglamour from Two Gentlemen of Verona - technically gets two scenes, but his second scene is like... literally three lines before everyone exits. Basically he's Silvia's knight in shining armour who shows up to rescue her from the tower. He says a lot of flowery poetry. ... Then he's mysteriously absent when Silvia is captured by brigands, having run the fuck away immediately.

From best to worst;

Pride would honestly be a benefit, even to excess. Nothing's more attractive than confidence.

Gluttony doesn't meaningfully impact the relationship in any way.

Avarice doesn't either... unless we divorce.

Sloth would be more frustrating than harmful. It wouldn't be so bad.

Lust presumably risks cheating on you. So that's pretty bad.

Envy though probably risks that even more - and it just wouldn't lead to a healthy relationship.

Wrath ... well.

lust - I don't care much about faithfulness. As long as no stds...

pride - Don't care
sloth - I'm lazy so I can't blame her for being lazy

gluttony - See above

wrath - I'm pretty mellow, should be able to deal with it
envy - I feel like this would be pretty annoying

avarice - could be really aggravating to deal with since I probably won't be making a lot of money

Since they are the seven deadly sins, I'm assuming they're all taken to excess; in which case, I really wouldn't want any of these in excess in a significant other, but there you go for rankings.

Edit: i changed pride to the botton. There's nothing that i dislike more than over-confident, arrogant people who never give in or admit they're wrong.
