how does one kill ashnard in 0% growths hard mode?

How does one defeat Ashnard without Ike in 0% growths?

Must I assume that one uses Resolve!Ena with a lot of statboosters, and then the laguz king kills Berserk Ashnard?

Probably dumping stat boosters, wrath, and resolve on Ena. Espinosa was doing this a little while ago. Not sure if he finished, but that was his plan IIRC.

I've seen people kill Ashnard fairly handily with Resolve/Wrath Nasir, Ena should have roughly comparable results if you load up some statboosters on her

Ena is the only one, who can damage and survive Ashnard. So she needs item boosts and the skills wrath and resolve.

I've been making calculations.

Considering demi band, in order to ORKO Ashnard, Ena seems to need:

+2 energy drops (in order to reach 49 atk with resolve for a ORKO if double critical)

+2 speedwings (in order to reach 32 AS with resolve for doubling ashnard's 28 AS)

+2 angelic robes and +2 dracoshields (in order to reach 66 hp, 29 def, and survive two hits from ashnard's 60 atk)

It must be very complicated.

couldn't you potentially have it so she just survives one hit from ashnard and then only fight on enemy phase

or is she doing enough damage without wrath/resolve to justify a player phase attack

you don't need the defensive boosters; in fact you'd want to rig it so that ena does get 2RKO'd so that one hit from ashnard puts her in resolve/wrath range (assuming that resolve's activation prevents ena from getting doubled in the first place).

and if you are willing to rig, you might not even need both speedwings on her - that means that you'll have to go for wrath crits on EP counter + PP, which takes an extra turn. 1 speedwings lets her double and ORKO normal ashnard.
