Why do you think all pegasus knights are female?

I read somewhere that it might have been based on the myth that unicorns only accept pure maidens. No prizes for guessing what the pegasus looks like when they promote.

Wyverns right? You're totally talking about Wyvern riders.

Pegasus was actually sired by Poseidon, though he wasn't birthed until Perseus chopped Medusa's head off. I think I read that Perseus might have ridden him at least once, but that was only in one of the renditions of his tale. Either way it was Bellerophon who tamed and owned Pegasus for sure.

As for no male Pegasus Knights, I guess men aren't mainly enough to ride them~

I need to brush up on the myth. Forgot about the Poseidon part.

In the GBA games the pegasi get unicorn horns upon promotion, so no.

Well lemme put it this way, it's probably based in myth as opposed to being based in fact/nonfiction.

It's just a gameplay balance thing. Berserkers are male only classes for obvious reasons. And so if you have male only classes you've gotta have female only classes. Hence, the Pegasus Knights.

What obvious reason? You saying a woman can't get a little crazy with an axe?
