I mean, I'm just of the opinion that the text to read in Touhou isn't really crucial to understand. The game is pretty much Reimu/Marisa/Sakuya/Sanae/Youmu thrashing bosses and an extra boss.

Though I suppose the way each character does it can be explored, but that's what reading translations are for.

Except Hopeless Masquerade is one of the fighting games, and revolves around story a lot more than the shooters do.

Why even put Hell's Wheels of Pain on there it's literally one of the easiest spellcards I've ever done

You didn't specify what you needed help with, so I put all of Yuugi

Okay so I want to be cool at Touhou so I'm going to do better.

Also, when did the boss sprites become detailed enough to look like the official art, and actually, like, show their faces and eyes? I think it was in the second Windows gen, but I'm.not sure when...

MoF started using a new engine, so maybe from then.

Should I get UFO for my next game? I was thinking about just getting EoSD since that is the first modern one.

I second EoSD. With increased starting lives and easy bullet patterns, you should be able to get right into it.

Well, the entire reason for the Scarlet Mist Incident was basically that she wanted to... ...be able to take a walk outside during the day without having to bother with a parasol. Nothing more. xD

Eh, I thought it was because she wanted Sakuya to interact with humans more?

Nah; I went with just "Scarlet" rather than "Remilia Scarlet" because it's a much more neutral name and doesn't have to refer to Remilia specifically.

Also, my entire theme is much punnier if I leave my name unchanged. I'm still a Scarlet Devil, just with less emphasis on the Scarlet and more on the Devil. :newyears:

I blew that run

I actually probably could've beaten UFO this run if I somehow didn't blow like 4 lives on Murasa.

I had like 8 lives going into that.

That was my worst Murasa fight ever.

Sinker Ghost is evil, but the other spells are easy to learn. But uh, I'm guessing you didn't boss as much as you could've.

curvy lasers are the only thing I don't like about shou.

Kalas-chan likes Vajra more than curvy lasers
