Although I have to agree that him and Elincia and him and Soren are the closest things to canon Ike pairs (romantic or no), followed by Ike/Ranulf.

Yeah, alot of these pairs aren't actually canon. Here's how I'd categorize it.

Canon (game's story explicitly states that these two are together/no other options available): Marth/Caeda, Alm/Celica, Sigurd/Deirdre, Leif/Nanna(Thracia), and Sothe/Micaiah.

Probably Canon (Heavily suggested but not outright stated): Leif/Nanna(Genealogy), Roy/Lilina, Eliwood/Ninian, Hector/Lyn, Ike/Soren, and Chrom/Sumia

Not Even Close (Confirmed Non-Canon or completely up to player's choice): Seliph/Julia, Ike/Elincia, Robin/Lucina, and Robin/Tharja

Canon Pairs you missed: Lewyn/Fury, Quan/Ethlyn, Finn/Raquesis, Zealot/Yuno, Largo/Calill, Abel/Est, Merric/Elice, Julian/Lena, etc.
