NES: Super Mario Bros.

SNES: The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past

N64: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (I didn't have an N64, so this is pretty much the only N64 title I played)

GCN: Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance

Wii: Can't decide; one of Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Metroid Prime Trilogy, or Xenoblade Chronicles

Wii U: Super Smash Bros. for Wii U

GB: Pokemon Blue Version

GBC: Pokemon Silver Version

GBA: Pokemon LeafGreen Version

NDS: Professor Layton and the Unwound Future

3DS: Fire Emblem: Awakening

I'm assuming that Nintendo game means a game developed or published by Nintendo, so I excluded all 3rd party stuff, even though it hurt not to give the favorite GBA title to Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. Despite the fact that the Wii definitely had some atrocious dry spells of no good games coming out, it was still my hardest choice. All the entries in Nintendo's longrunning franchises were great (Super Mario Galaxy not even being in the top 3 is a testament to that), and Xenoblade was surprisingly amazing.

Unfortunately, I was not born early enough to experience the SNES or N64. My brother did not want one either, and his first console was the GameCube. He could've gotten the N64 if he wanted, but did not discover a like for video games until he got the GameCube for Christmas one year.

GBA: Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones

GameCube: Mario Party 7

Runner Ups: Super Smash Bros. Melee, Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door

DS: Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time

Runner Up: Super Princess Peach

Wii: The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

Runner Ups: Mario Kart Wii, Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn

3DS: Fire Emblem Awakening

Runner Ups: The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D, Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS, Kid Icarus Uprising

Wii U: Super Smash Bros. for Wii U

Runner Ups: Mario Kart 8, Pikmin 3, Super Mario 3D World, Wind Waker HD

I haven't played enough GBA games to give any runner ups, but I guess that's alright. Short and comfy list!

SNES: Super Metroid.

Runner Up: Super Mario World.

N64: The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.

Runner Ups: Ocarina of Time, Paper Mario.

Gamecube: Metroid Prime.

Runner Ups: Resident Evil 4, Zelda: Wind Waker.

Wii: Xenoblade Chronicles (Duh)

Runner Ups: Skyward Sword, Twilight Princess, Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2. Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

Wii U: Super Smash Bros.

Runner Ups: Mario Kart 8, Super Mario 3D World.

3DS: Fire Emblem: Awakening

Runner Ups: Monster Hunter 4, Mario 3D Land and The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds.

If it wasn't listed I probably didn't play it or didn't like that much. And I actually didn't play the Gamecube version of Metroid Prime but I still think it's better than any Gamecube game I played from just the Wii version so I put it up there.

My absolute favorite Nintendo game of all time is either Xenoblade Chronicles or Majora's Mask. Dunno which one I prefer.

NES: FE2

SNES: FE4

Runner up: Chrono Trigger(though I prefer the DS remake)

N64: LOL never owned or emulated

GC: Melee

Runner up: FE9

Wii: Brawl

Runner ups: Kirby's Return to Dreamland and FE10

WiiU: Smash 4

Runner ups: MH3U and Bayo 2

GBA: Pokemon Emerald

Runner up: Super Mario World 3

DS: FE12

Runner ups: Black/White and FE11

3DS: MH4U

Runner ups: FE13, MH3U, and SMT 4

I actually didn't have that many games or consoles growing up for a couple of reasons, so I rarely got to play the N64 or GC and never owned a NES or SNES. Hence the fairly standard list, lol.
