Sacred Stones is not a literal translation but basically the same thing. Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn are fairly different from what direct translations would be, though not really significantly in PoR's case (Trail of the Blue Flame). Shadow Dragon is just a shortening of the full title. Awakening is a literal translation. I don't think they'll use If, but they'll probably use something that evokes the same concept. Because said foreign word has huge cultral meanings in Japan, but the Japanese word for if does not over here. I'm still betting they will somehow note the presence of feet in the localized title.
