Actually, if anything Hinata just might get changed to something else, it's way too associated with Naruto. Not everyone watches Naruto though, so I don't really see this being an issue. Hinata will most likely be changed though, as it's too feminine for American ears. I can see Elfie getting renamed to Elsa. I can seen Hinata getting changed because names ending in 'a' sound more feminine to a western ear, but your argument against Kamui is just silly. Silas was a missionary companion of Paul in the bible and went on journeys with him, so it kinda mimics Cyrus/Silas following around Kamui wherever he/she ends up going. Gunther will be named Vladmir L M A O I, for one, am all about socialist name theming! As for Joker, his name is begging for a localization. His name should be either Jasper or Jester. Leaning more on the latter. Elise's name doesnt really need a localization tbh. Most of the Nohr names dont. I hope we get to keep Cyrus as Cyrus. (the Silas change wouldnt bug me but..ehh) I really really dont want Elfie's name changed. I like it the way it is. Nyx's name makes perfect sense the way it is too. However, i fear they may change it to Nox. As for the Hoshido characters, i dont really see too much localization happening. It...kinda wouldnt make a lot of sense?? To the guy saying some names are just too associated with Naruto, you do realize these names are traditional Japanese names, right? Right? The only name I don't want to change is Garon. I feel like it's a great villain name. Though I like Kamui, I do wonder if it's not too unique of a name to be kept.
