I know sometimes they just flip the portrait when characters are talking on the other side, but if it was a big deal that she only has one eye you'd think they wouldn't have this kind of oversight. Varies by jurisdiction and definition, but it often is. And certainly the main reason to be opposed to sibling incest (i.e. that an older sibling holds a position of power over the younger, which leaves consent murky) apply equally to adoptive siblings as it does blood siblings.
