Oh my god. It DOES. I toldja! lol I watched ALL of Yu-Gi-Oh in English and watched a lot of its episodes more than once. I'm very familiar with the voices there. :P But if Kamui in English IS Dan Green, then omg omg omg. He's one of my favorites! Aqua's English singing voice violated my ears so much that nothing else in the trailer registered as being bad. This coming from someone who instinctively reacts with "eww English" every time I get hit with a dub. An unfortunate instict... I know that whichever dub I hear first always seems to be better to me than the one I hear afterwards, despite everything. I was initially turned off by the voices in the trailer, but rewatching it and getting more used to it makes it feel like it really isn't that bad. I'm sure they'll be much better in-game anyway. Heck, sometimes I watch the trailer just listen to it again. I don't think the singer did a bad job, all things considered since localizing a Japanese sing is particularly difficult. I agree with Aqua's singing. There are always issues when translating and singing another language's song (while still keeping it in melody) and I think her VA did quite well in the end, all things considered.
