It bugs me because that's my younger brother's name and just... awkward husbando. Why Xander? Why not Marx? Or Marcus? Come on! I get the feeling the name change was because of Marx and Leon were changed to Xander and Leo, since they're, namewise, similar to Marxism, and De Leonism, and siding with people whose names resemble that of communist groups in a Nintendo game in the American release seems like it'd be a nono. Takumi is sometimes referred to as "pineapple" Not as ubiquitous as the usage of lobster for Ryouma, but certainly common enough!
