Eh, I took a look at Cam's and it didn't work for me (no monsters + wrank glitched), and as far as I could tell Ephraim225's was just for FE7? Not to mention that I don't think those support monster promotion. It's just easier to do manually--I've completed this once and gotten partway through another run like this, I can do it one more time.

E: Yeah, I'm definitely giving Joshua his fair share of glory, and Forde will be sponsored next map. I think you underrate Seth, too--his growths are phenomenal, and his performance right now is also excellent.

Thing is, people promote with their base items, so currently I'm looking at:

Solar Brace: Eirika (Revenant)

Lunar Brace: Ephraim (Myrmidon)

Knight Crest: Gilliam (Bonewalker melee), Franz (Mercenary), Forde (Shaman), Kyle (Thief)

Hero Crest: Garcia (Thief), Ross (Archer), Joshua (Mage)

Guiding Ring: Moulder (Myrmidon), Artur (Mauthe Doog), Natasha (Mauthe Doog), Lute (Myrmidon)

Orion's Bolt: Neimi (Bonewalker archer)

Ocean Seal: Colm (Thief), Ross (Archer)

Elysian Whip: Vanessa (Revenant)

This means that promoting Joshua takes a Hero Crest (which doesn't take much contention), and promoting Forde takes a Knight Crest (which is under a bit more scrutiny, but honestly I might as well milk levels out of Franz). The early promotion is very tempting for both Moulder and Artur, but I think I'll let them stay unpromoted for the time being. Forde, I'll probably bromote around L15 to start building staff rank (probably in Summoner, to help make up for the level opportunity cost if those don't just break), and Joshua will promote... prrrrrrrrrrobably around Gerik's jointime.

Not really, frankly. I wouldn't be giving Manakete(M) Wretched Air--and it really only has 8 HP over base!Manakete, which doesn't mean much in the grand scheme. The problem is that Manakete are STUPIDLY strong--Myrrh is at bases in C16 and still one of the game's best units. Imagine that joining in 5x, or something like that. Christ.
