I S-ranked everything, did all the mission goals, sub-missions and should have collected all tapes and blueprints. I'm missing like half the animal entries but considering that the whole thing is just dumb luck, I have little interest to complete that. However, there are still some development projects left. The problem is, that they require an R&D team level of 70 and higher. My R&D team is currently on 67 and I could imagine to squeeze another level or two out them by getting everyone their medals. But getting higher then 70 seems impossible. The highest ranks you can find in the wild are regular S guys and everyone in my R&D is S already or higher. I even put Razor Hedgehog into the R&D team since the has S+ in R&D in addition to his S++ combat rank but I still need like 8 levels in order to develop everything. (Yet despite this, it seems that the game uploaded a huge chunk of my resources at some point. I guess that happened when I did the Ground Zeroes save transfer.) Anyway, apparently weapon development doesn't actually factor into completion rate. So the remaining 4% seem to be really just from the animals. So I guess I have no choice but to simply put down a zillion cages until I get lucky. But thanks anyway. And sorry for the late reply.
