Auste and Arus from Dragon Quest VIIAuster and Arus are two names for the same character. Former is the 3DS name, latter is the manga name. The lizard doesn't have a name. The slit pupils don't suggest the regular version or her EQG counterpart. And the eyes are blue, ruling out Nosfurarity.
