False. Some of the best Pokemon hacks are the most difficult. Zeta and Omicron, although not hacks, are really good, despite having a difficulty curve higher than this.

I played Zeta and Omnicron. I didn't need to grind until postgame. The amount nt of exp that game gives out is obscene.
