Not Changed by VASM :(
Rutgar/Clarine: One is a healer one is Myrmidon, they come in the same chapter, One has a royal background, they probably end up hitched. Joshua/Natasha: One is a healer one is Myrmidon, they come in the same chapter, One has a royal background, they probably end up hitched. Coincidence? Meteor
No, just laziness.
VincentASM
It's probably a semi-favourite theme of IS's. Similar to Shiva and Saphy in FE5, except neither was a royal (unless Shiva happened to be one in secret).
Admiral "Bull" Halsey
What about Guy/Priscilla? Then again, not really. Although they do support with each other.
_____
They don't marry. Guy runs away from her.
Florete
Recurring themes I suppose. It's playing favorites.
CGV
both of the myrmidons look badass, too
Florete
Both of the myrmidons also start as enemies and are recruited by the respective healer.
Liz
i guess its similar to the Dragon knight who betrays his/her country, and the young myrmidon who wants to prove him/her self, the cheery healer who gets on everyone's nerves.... Dr. Tarrasque
Cheery healer who gets on every1's nerves? Is that a recurring theme? Off the top of my head I can only think of Serra in that role. Edited October 27, 2008 by Boo

L'arachel, according to many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many people who are not me. Because I love Serra and L'arachel and maybe i did exaggerate on the "cheery healer", but you get my point Edited October 27, 2008 by Troy of Troy
VincentASM
Clarine might be annoying to some, and L'Arachel is kind of crazy-annoying. Otherwise, I think that's it.
Songbird
L'arachel, according to many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many people who are not me. Because I love Serra and L'aracheland maybe i did exaggerate on the "cheery healer", but you get my point "Get's on everyone's nerves?!" Nonesense! Serra and L'Arachel are the two bestest characters to spend the day with EVER! ;_; ...Though kidding aside, I do realize that L'Arachel and Serra come off annoying to some people. I love them both to bits, though. I'd like to say the FE9 version of this is Rhys and Mia, but there's clearly some differences as neither are lords and Mia doesn't start off as an enemy. Dr. Tarrasque
There's also the gender reversal on that situation.
