Blue is often seen as a "royal" color, so maybe that has something to do with it, but I'm not sure. Why are so many FE lords, particularly in the GBA titles kind of bad/average units? Crimson flower just feels experimental to me, but not bad, Dimitri's sounds boring. Claude is a nobody so the developers try and avoid the killing of Claude because claude is the best and hot.
