Murder is when you have the intention to kill someone and you actually plan out how to kill them. Man Slaughter is when someone got killed by accident due to someone elses negligence. Unintentional, but still killed by your actions. Yeah that would be classed as Man Slaughter. It is still regarded as a serious crime and the driver would be sent to the Crown Court.
