Pardoning random murderers is a new low, even for trump. Cronies and rich businessmen, sure. Thats the trump we know and despise. But again, child killers? Are you for real?

I have to say, I'm kind of surprised by the lack of outrage over the recent trump pardons. Because holy shit the list. Co-conspirators in the Russia and Ukraine schemes, fraudsters, traitors, child murderers, it's all fair game. And apparently everyone's cool with convicted murderers walking.

I tried to use Amuro in his Nu Gundam on my own playthrough and I wasn't particularly impressed. Guy needs his psychoframe to start doing damage. Athrun and Shinn on the other hand are very good. Good spirits, Accel, dodgy units that can take a hit if needed, decently strong attacks. Athrun was my second ace.

It serves to frustrate senate business but in the grand scheme of things people like McConnell don't care too much about government shutdowns, so it probably accomplishes little. Considering what's on the agenda is the government spending bill, that's not even too unlikely. edit: correction, it's the defense spending bill that needs to pass the senate. So no threat of a shutdown. Still not good
