  1. I believe I got 19,200 feathers. And yeah there were a few times that I completely screwed up by forgetting about the enemies on the other side of the map. I was starting to think that I was one of the only people who played on the Lunatic+ difficulty every time. There really weren't any people who had scores that were multiples of 2000 when I check around my maps. Just winning the forts and getting 20 kills on Lunatic+ still gives more points than a perfect clear on Lunatic so I will be exclusively doing Lunatic+ going forward. I had to (decided to) swap Lukas out of my starting 8 in favor of Serra and her Pain+. Splash damage is just so good in GC. Having two +10 healers was definitely a big help. With the way knockouts happen so fast in the final round, I definitely think it is best to get them out of the way earlier on and only save 1 or 2 for then end.
  2. Merges. You are using all 5* exclusives that you won't ever be able to +10 unless you are willing to spend. Take units like Nowi, Fae, Effie, Draug, Gwendy, Donnel, Soleil, Sheena, and start 5* +10 merge projects with them. At least 2 of your core should be units like this who have higher BST. Although good lower BST units like Caeda, Clair, Raven can work just fine too. And yes, eventually you will want Aether/Galeforce, dual rallys, and 240 SP skills on everyone. Had to do 2 runs of AA today because I had a brain fart on the last enemy of the 7th battle. 2nd run ended up being almost 20 points lower than the 1st one would have been but I was comfortably in the 300s anyway. My 50 point increase was the difference of over 1400 ranks.
  3. LOL, the hardest difficulty in GC is actually easier if you have really good enemy phase units. I'm glad they brought back the "attack after warping". And it gives like 50% more points. I really should be able to get top 3 if I am able to actually use all of my Lances.
  4. I was also happy to discover this. Especially since Sumia maxed out for me before anyone else hit 2,000. And Libra was at less the 1,500. It's nice to know that I don't need to try to focus on certain hours for higher chances to gain points on certain units. Just spend all my stamina in the 2x and 1.5x hours and be done with it.
  5. Grand Conquest is now, potentially, the highest feather gaining mode for the short length of time it goes on for. And it certainly requires far less involvement than TT or VG. Being able to check the rank in Army in GC is really cool because we could potentially see people we know and coordinate attack strategies with them. Also we can better understand when to spend stamina and how effective it will be based on how high the other people's scores are. I really wish we had that update now because all of my units want different skillsets for GC than they do for Arena and other modes and it is a pain switching them all over.
  6. That's actually a good idea, but I don't think there are any blues I want to 4*+10. I typically don't like 4*+10'ing, and have only done it for Olivia and Hana once LnD3 became a 4* skill with Sothe. And I certainly wouldn't fodder a 5* to a 4* unless I planned to +10 it. I suppose a Sapphire Lance+ unit would rather have Silver+ so that will be on my radar.
  7. Ouch, I always do single unit 7 battle runs every day so I don't ever need to worry about a score of 0, but it is nice to know that some people procrastinate more than I do. Haha, that would be a yes. How did the fight go? What about them gave you trouble exactly? I figured on AA a counter picked team would have no trouble.
  8. That's a bummer. I love the Legendary banners because I always end up with a ridiculously high 5* pull rate. So what is the best use for a 5* Effie? I accidentally promoted one too many when I +10'ed her and it really sucks because Silver Lance+ is not desired for fodder, and Death Blow and Wary Fighter are both 4* available skills. I'm really tempted to just send her home for the feathers. Unless +Def/-Spd has some benefit over +Atk/-Spd...
  9. Goddammit. For the first time in a long time I fell to the top 3000 group in AA. I fully built and finished a +10 Wind team because Wind/Fire season is my weakest pairing. For some reason, All of my blessed bow units are Wind/Fire and I only have 4 Sword units in the group so these battles were really stressful. Unfortunately I waited too long to do my run and I had a death in the 5th battle. It was the boat map, and I probably should have tried to bait them too far despite not having a team that was suited for that so after 2 turns I was in a really tight position. I really had to plan out my actions and use all of my items to get to a safe position, and then fucking galeforce on a Bold Fighter L!Hector caught me off guard after he survived with 1 HP he was able to finish off Alm. The worst part is that I didn't even have to bait him. I was safe and could have easily finished him off on the next Player Phase, but I didn't look at his skillset. Then I had to rush for the last two battles to finish with only 3 minutes left. This shit was stressful. Between this and accidentally promoting one too many Effies, I am down 21,000 feathers, 5 coins, and 5 stones, and that really bugs me. Why does the Arena season need to end 8 Hours before the next one begins??
  10. ugh, I don't care that we have a 5th Lucina or that she is a Blue Bow unit. I'm a little pissed she is the Wind element. As far as the banner goes, I am only going to really pull blue once my rate gets above 9%. I'm going to completely skip colorless since I have both F!Grima and B!Lyn at +10 with some spares on the side, although a better Bow!Hinoka would be nice. L!Lucina and Ishtar are the only things I need from this banner and I am fine with just 1 of each.
  11. ahh, thank you. I figured it was somewhere between 150k and 160k. I should be more than safe then.
  12. So I am going out of town today. I am wondering what has the cutoff for top 5000 usually been around? Normally, I shoot for the top 1000, but there was no way I could grind up to 270k in 5 days. I'm currently at 141,922 which is rank #293. I can still do at the very least 3 or so runs per day for the rewards so 170k should be easily obtainable for me.
  13. while pulling for Summer Tana, I just got Swordhardt and Katarina on the same circle... So far on that banner I am 1 of 4 for focus 5* units. I don't think there are any units not in the game that I would need to insta-pull. I would like to see Ross, Gilliam, Ewan, Gerik, and Tethys though. The more trainees the better.
  14. Hmm, +2 Shanna or +3 Leif. Or I could merge my 3 L!Hectors raise him up and swap out my core for a full fire team... Leif it is. I have way too much TT grinding to do since I am going out of town for the last 5 days of it. No time to train L!Hector this week. Maybe next week. Although I could go with a full flyer team with Shanna since I have Caeda, Myrrh, and F!Grima who are all +10. In the meantime, I need to squeeze in my AA run at some point today. Thankfully it is water season so my ranking will be easily among the top of the top 1000.
  15. It is 384 SP before it goes to 768. I'm not sure what scenario you found yourself in. That definitely makes more sense than the 4 digit # theory. I don't know much about binary, but 768 is 2^8 x 3 SP. 2^8 = 256 and I know that 255/256 is a cap for a lot of games stats because of the systems used. Dehnutcase beat me to it...
  16. I wish no one had said anything to them. If this could have lasted for a week or two that would have been awesome. It is so nice being able to get 4 units 6000+ SP in only 15-20 minutes. Healers can benefit from this the most. I just wish all of my best healers didn't already have plenty of skills learned and 4000+ SP. 768 SP is the max you can get per kill. If you restart again after that is goes down to 4 and then down to 1. This is because the game wasn't programmed to display a 4 digit #.
  17. LOL, this glitch is one of the Top 5 best things to happen to this game so far. One map and my F!Grima got 2000 SP which is more than enough to teach her all of the skills to finish her build. @DehNutCase - Until you are scoring in the 744+ score range for Arena and AA, your experiences really are not indicative of how easy or difficult enemy teams are to face. You clearly have never seen or had to deal with some of the most dangerous threats out there. Something tells me that after 7 straight battles of Armored teams you would find that the later teams are a little bit more trouble to deal with than you are giving them credit.
  18. Come on, this is not reliable. And what do you do on a map like the Double vertical bridge map if the Armors have Panic Ploy? Again, what do you do on a map where he doesn't come off of a fortification tile? Sure, Firesweep with Poison strike can be an effective counter if you are able to continuously Repo to safety, but not everyone runs that. Just because you have found an effective way to trivialize/cheese Armor teams, it doesn't mean that Armor teams are easy to deal with in general. It just mean that you run a team that is capable of trivializing them. Genny with Gravity+ Wrathful/Dazzling combo, Savage Blow 6 and dancer support can completely trivialize every single enemy team I come across. The teams aren't trivial, Genny makes them trivial. I don't run that combo because I wouldn't be able to score enough to stay in tier 20 so there is no point to running it. When doing AA, after you have used this team, do you have 6 more that make Armor teams trivial? And what is, in your opinion, the most difficult teams/enemies to deal with?
  19. It all depends on the situation. As long as none of them have Armor March and they all have Swap and Ward Armor it can be a real pain to separate them and kill them. Armor March usually just allows them to get away from each other easier. But on a map like the one with the Fortification tiles in the middle and the water with the paths on the top and bottom, Armor March allows them to get to the fortification tiles right away and then it becomes much more difficult. Then there is the Oasis map which is almost impossible to get an Armor off of the Fortification tile once they move on. Honestly, mobility doesn't mean shit if you don't have a hard counter to kill them. Regardless of their movement, its their stats VS. your stats when it comes to killing them. As long as they all have DC, it is never trivial. Your low scoring team is the reason they perform well against armors though. For those of us who lead a Team that scores high enough to get in the top 1000 of AA, we see lots of Armors who are very difficult to deal with. Reinhardt and Blade tome Emblem buffs are not always reliable for countering the enemy. For someone like Zelgius, you can see several different builds in each map some easier and some harder to deal with. You might even see one with a Deflect Magic 3 seal and then guess what? Reinhardt just died because you clicked too fast. Or you do notice it but you don't have a single unit who can kill Zelgius because of it. Then there is Halloween Jakob who is just an absolute nightmare. He has three different builds that are each dangerous in their own way. Luckily, he isn't extremely common. I loved it when I actually used to face horse teams. Their high mobility just meant that they could rush to their doom faster.
  20. Oh, I guess when you run the lowest BST units with low scoring skills, the odd Armor team you run into will have to have low merges to make up for the difference in BST and skill cost. At that point, what does it even matter if you aren't even trying to score high? You can run a Lv 1 dancer to get weaker opponents too. Oh, I though a bunch of people expected that to be the end of Book 2. Honestly, the story is like the least compelling thing about this game. The way it trickles in so slowly makes me forget what is going on by the time it does end.
  21. On advanced, your opponents will always have a pretty significant merge advantage. By at least 10 or more. They are powerful but they don't have the same SP value of unique weapons or even merged weapons, and you have to run lower SP skills to use them effectively (Hone and Fortify skills are only 200 SP). Panic Ploy also completely shuts them down, and can cost you a match if it catches you at the right time. I personally refuse to use them. I only gave Summer Corrin a Blade tome and I hardly use her.
  22. Damn, I finally watched the new banner trailer and checked their stats. Flying Tiki is so OP, and all of the others have fantastic offensive stat spreads as well. Also, Tiki emblem, Takumi Emblem, and Camilla emblem are complete. Oh and the new Tactics Drills give 12,000 feathers and are really easy to complete so that's cool. @Anacybele - Yes, Titania's weapon is extremely disappointing based on the expectations of it having Dragon and/or Horse effectiveness, but once you get past that, it isn't all that terrible. Not only are other Gem weapons not refinable, but they have a pathetic 12 MT as well. Titania's new weapon blows the Emerald Axe+ away big time. Seeing as Emerald Axe+ was a pretty common choice for her weapon, I could see a lot of people running her new weapon now. As far as mixed teams go, Tactics skills are much more versatile than the Emblem buffs because they buff at 2 range, and they are one of the few ways to give Infantry units +6 to their stats. Titania being able to give three teammates +6 to three of their stats is an extremely powerful support option. You don't even have to give the other 3 units any Tactics or other support skills since Titania can fill her role of being a Blue delete button just fine thanks to her weapon.
  23. You are pretty close to top 1000. With only Amelia and three 160-164 BST units, I was able to get 5251. Once you get them all to +10 with high end skills you should be able to make it. Like you, Fire is my weakest season. I have only pulled 1 L!Ephraim and 3 L!Hectors. And I haven't had time to level up L!Hector yet. Water is by far my best season. After that Earth because I was able to +10 F!Grima recently, but I still need to build a team around her and give them Earth Blessings. My next step is to build 3 teams of +10s for 3 different seasons so that I am always able to score high in AA.
  24. Ugh, 2 hours to do my AA run. And Fire and wind are my two weakest seasons right now. edit - With +25 from blessings my final score was 5251 which is good for rank #805. I like having to force myself to use only units with blessings. It provides a nice challenge since my pool of units to work with is only 35-50 units each week. I even fielded a LV1 L!Hector on one map because my other 3 units had it in the bag.
