I don't think this in inherently bad but the real problem is that since we're westerns buying a japanese game, we're considered a 'secondary audience' simply because we are in the same country as them. Hell the only time I can think that IS really noticed the western audience is when people wanted fire emblem over here originally. Until awakening westerners were hardly paid any thought. I'm glad fire emblem is expanding, is necessarily the right direction? Maybe? Unless we get stuck with a fire emblem game where there is no strategy (or one where we're stuck on mars, seriously glad that idea got shot down) I think we'll be fine. Games are like people, they can change, but no reason to stop being friends with them unless they do something drastic that changes the core of themselves. tldr: I'm sure this will be fine with or without the face-rubbing. (besides it's more funny to me than anything else)

Yes and if I can't I will be seriously disappoint. Isn't the point of having to choose one side to suffer the consequence of killing the losing opposing side? It loses impact if everyone who is built up as a character is kept alive. I can see the sisters being able to walk away, but everyone else should be fair game.

I get the feeling that the third path will allow you to recruit all the siblings but the conditions will be less straight forwards. Like how you had to talk to katarina three times to get her to swap sides all while she was trying to murder you.

Camilla (the name) doesn't have any Russian connects, however it does have Roman connections which fits with the overall Nohrian themes. I'm guessing she's not actually a member of the royal family.

Clearly Kamui will lust after her trying to do anything for her despite the fact she may be a killer, a traitor, and an all around dick. Also IS will give her so much attention you'd be mistaken when people told you she wasn't the actual protagonist.
