Crimson Flower Hilda probably. I don't know if I've heard of it, but considering that Hilda (FE Three Houses character) can be recruited on Dimitri's route (Azure Moon) and starts recruited on Claude's route, I'm guessing it's a fan-concept where Hilda can join you while you do Edelgard's route in Three Houses.
