Memes produce results, I mean I don't have any doubts about Donnel getting into Warriors speaking of which (as much as i'm eh on him). Dorcas had this partly to his name The very fact that Dorcas made it into the top 20 made a lot of Japanese fans baffled not knowing where it came from. Also for Donnel my opinion of him is he's okay but not someone who is interesting compared to other lance infantry units and characters like him like the trainees from Sacred Stones. I would even pick Mozu over him and it's not because she's a female but out of the fact her supports and her tragic backstory add to her reception.
