However, because you're able to name your characters, they'll star you, the lovely people from SF as the cast! Just post stating who you want to be, and I'll do it! Terra (Narga) A young girl with a mysterious past. She can use magic, even though it was wiped out over 100 years ago. Locke (GJ) A treasure hunter who can steal shit. Good times. Edgar (Soren) A lecherous king from Figaro, who is extremely good at using machinery. Sabin (Integ) Edgar's twin brother, who can beat up bears and squids with his bare hands. Cyan (Luigi) An aging warrior from Doma, whose skill with the sword is unmatched. Setzer (Roxas) An airship pilot that has a gambling problem. Shadow (Sashi) The canonical ninja. Can throw stuff really well. Gau (Rein) A savage child who can copy monster's abilities and use them. Celes (York) A general to the empire, who was artificially given magical powers. She can also absorb spells. Relm (Furet) Relm is a painter who can bring her paintings to live. Stratgo (Acacia) The Blue Mage of the game. When he's hit by a special enemy attack, he can memorize and replicate it. Mog (Life) A moogle that can speak the words of man and summon the power of the earth with his dancing. Post away! The pics of me playing will appear soon! Please note also that I may poke fun at certain things ie. Narga (male) being Terra (female), which may be seen as offensive. Much as I don't want to be a female character, Terra is by far my favourite in this game, so if you are really going to do this you may as well call Terra "Narga". You're welcome. :) Tibarn has been trying to convince Reyson to stop, but clearly it hasn't been working. Anyway, you can probably drop the "_Rocks" part, and you only have 6 spaces anyway I think. You doing this on GBA or SNES or PS? Because I'm not doing a video version of this, I'm using pictures. I don't want to put them on imageshack, as that means they're open to the public, so I used Flickr. However, this has proven problematic, as I can't find a way to make them forum accessible without putting in tags to make them available on search engines. Long ago, the War of the Magi reduced the world to a scorched wasteland, and magic ceased to exist. 1000 years have passed...Iron, gunpowder and steam engines have been rediscovered, and high technology reigns. But there are some who would enslave the world by reviving the dread destructive force known as "magic". Can it be that those in power are on the verge of repeating that deadly mistake? Now in step the heroes! Vicks/Wedge (They look the same), and ?????, who has apparently fried 50 soldiers in under three minutes. Kinky. To keep her under control, they have a Slave Crown on her, so she has no conscious thought. Extra kinky. They're in this frozen wasteland looking for an Esper, which will be revealed later for story purposes. In the meantime, let's investigate the town! Well that makes perfect sense. Let's make the lady initiate all the fights. Sexist pigs. Shortly after entering, two guards appear and exclaim that Narshe isn't safe anymore, so they try to kill you. However, your suits of magical armour make you invincible. Srsly. Classic 16-bit action right there. You gotta love it! The top picture are the generic officers commands, while the bottom ones are ?????'s commands. Two more guards appear, this time with puppies that try to eat your face! Really people, we just showed up on an investigation, not an invasion. Dicks even pulled off a pincer attack on us. Uncool. After a few more battles, we enter the cave, and our first boss battle! However, there's dialogue. VICKS: Hold it! Think back to our briefing... WEDGE: What about it? VICKS: Do you recall hearing about a monster that eats lightning...... WEDGE: And then stores the energy in its shell! VICKS: Right, so whatever you do, don't attack the shell! WEDGE: Alright already! Oh subtlety, I thought you'd never come! Anywho, here's the first boss battle. i didn't get a screen cap of it due to laziness, but it's a giant snail. The shell let's off a Mega Volt, which hurts like a bitch. Anyway, we just blow the head up enough until it dies. 2 rounds later, it's dead. Whore ray! Let's investigate the Esper! And after that, the suit explodes. Which makes sense really, it's being fried by electricity. Well that's normal. An Old Man found the girl and dragged her to his home and let her recuperate in his bed. Nothing strange. And now we enter the naming screen. And it is complete. Wait, isn't Narga a guy? ...Disturbing. Guards suddenly surround the house, demanding the girl. The old man protects you, and lets you out the back way. Well that's perfectly normal. Don't you keep Elixirs in your clocks? No? Crap. Anyway, she exits out the back way, is discovered by some guards, before running into a cave and saving. Stay tuned for Part 2, the introduction of Locke!
