  1. My musical hint wasn't enough apparently. ... Tbf it was a bad song anyways. Anyways welcome back, real Soul!
  2. I have finally a kitten again. Actually two if I consider Futuba as one too.
  3. I own this game already. Got it for 30 € close before christmas which is still a good price. Just saw it when I was looking for Ryza. PS4 version costs even less, 17 €. I might try out Lulua upcoming weekend.
  4. At least in the 3DS era DLCs could were selectable. Nowadaysthe player is forced to buy the entire content at once without knowing the content. That's why I never will buy the Three Houses Pass because nothing aside of the new route interests me.
  5. If I take the financial aspect into account, both games win and lose. Three Houses has basically three complete games in once, whilst Fates has pickable DLCs. Still Three Houses offered more for its price than Fates overall despite from the gameplay aspect Fates did better overall as classic FE game. I do not play FE for the story and that's why I had no issues with Fates's plot except that the avatar took too much of the spotlight.
  6. Atelier Lulua for Switch costs 20 € now. This is less than the Three Houses Pass, lmao.
  7. I completed the story mode of BlazBlue Crosstag Battle. I hardly would call it "story", but from a fighting game there's not much to expect from it. Still it was very fun and the big character cast was a very pleasant surprise. Might test online mode once I have the free time.
  8. Beaten the story mode of BlazBlue Crosstag Battle in my first attempt. It was not half as bad as I was feared of. Not comparable to Calmaty Trigger when I failed in the third battle. In general I am very positively surprised about the large cast. I hope for a BlazBlue x Project X Zone crossover someday.
  9. Of course I got Reinhardt instead of Ishtar, but I can take it. He will become a second +10 merge. Two tickets gave me two BraveLyns, loooool. The OP units from 2017 are greeting me right now, which is great, because I still use them for chain challenges.
  10. That's fair! My topic mainly refers to units who are a lot harder to use in hard mode than in normal mode. In case of Tormod he still has access to lots of resources (refine, status items, bexp., paragon scroll) to be trained in 4-4. Most of the Laguz are good example because it's way harder to give them ressources. They do not have access to a refine, arms scroll and get way less experience as Laguz. Vika definitely has a way harder time in 4-4 than Tormod because of that. But then again Vika is also really poor in normal mode, so I don't really think she really suffers from the difficulty jump. Lethe and Lyre do more because at least latter fail to double and their output damage is so low. Lyre cannot even ORKO a sage, if she could double. Kurth is really terrible in endgame because he gets doubled by literally everyone including brave weapon knights in E-1 Funnily I find Fiona some kind of a victor because the removed weapon triangle gives better hitrates against slower enemies like fighters. But on the other hand, literally everyone who is not a mage and the boss doubles her in her debut chapter. Also Nephenee (without transfer boosts) comes in mind for being a "victim" because she has a really hard time in 2-1. The improved stats of the enemies don't allow her to double anything with the steel great lance. And unlike Brom she cannot tank at all. I consider 2-1 as the worst chapter in FE10 simply because of Nephenee's appearance. And when she joins the GM's, there's basically no room for her anymore since she will join rather underleved. Female Sentinel has great class caps, but Seraph Knights have a better mobility than her.
  11. What is the rewind feature? No they don't need to stay alive. Same goes for the children.
  12. I want to forget yesterday...... but I will and can not do. On my trip to my relatives, a passenger started to light a cigarette in a tube which is absolute forbidden for good reasons. I told him to stop it at once. But since he (some east european scum) ignored me, I reported it the driver. A few seconds after I had run to the driver, he chased me and threw his cigarette towards me and insulted me. Thankfully video cameras exist. 🙂 Police came to solve this situation and arrest this guy. Though it will have an aftermath for me since I will have to make a statement as victim at court. That's what I get for showing civil courage. No seriously, it's pure satisfaction for me not to mess with me!
  13. It is possible, but I don't know how the order is determined for each chapter. I have not the patience to do (de)selecting people over and over, especially in a chapter where 20 units can be brought.
  14. Chapter 19 is utter garbage to deal with due the lack of switch starting position of the allies. Especially if low movement and unarmed healers start next to mounted ememies. I still do not know how to manipulate the allies's starting position.
  15. Xavier's recruitment was at least interesting from the gameplay aspect because it forces the player make very good use of positioning of your ally and the enemy knights, so all civilians are able to reach the knights. It requires quite a lot ressources, but it was not a terrible recruitmentment. Still better than some NPC recruitmemts who have to rely on luck to survive to be recruitable in / after the chapter.
  16. Thanks, and thanks for all the advice! Imo the recruitment was not tooooooo bad, considering the game made am exception here by allowing asleep to talk in case of the knights. Though if it was not the case, I really would not have an idea how to recruitment unless stealing all the knights's weapon.
  17. Tormod's perfomance is not much affected overall by the difficulty jump. In part 1 he can double very most of the enemies aside for very few brigands in 1-8 and very archers and soldiers in 1-E. In part 4 with his base speed he'll get doubled in normal and hard by all snipers, warriors and helbardiers.
  18. Wind noise ruins my plan of sleep. It has been quite common lately... Thanks! And yes, it is the hardest recruitment in history of FE.
  19. I did it with rescue / warp strategy; used both twice on Ralph. Whenever he was surrounded by asleep knights he was rescued and wrapped to a spot where enough space was to let the civilians reach the knights. Actually he did not even need to rescue any NPC knight. I wasted the body ring on him for that. ;(
  20. God, I have been stuck in recruiting Xavier for more than a week already. Even rescue / wrap shenigans to not getting trapped by asleep enemies does not work since I have no one who can rescue them once they are green to open the way for the civilians to let them talk to. If dismount had not been a thing in this game...
  21. I have a generic question regarding this topic: Is it normal nowadays or only a Nintendo thing that single DLCs are not offered anymore and the players are forced to buy / subscribe a called pass without knowing about the future content? I made this bad experience in Smash Ultimate and I saw that Three Houses does not offer single DLCs either. I wanted to bring it up since it really pisses me off since I am not willed to invest as much money for extra content about the potential content I do not know as I would do for a whole game. Seeing Three Houses's pass for 25 € literally makes me laugh. I can get complete Switch games for less and the main game does not cost much more either (40 €).
  22. God Wars costs only 15 € (for comparison: a DLC costs 60% more), and I always have been interested in tactical games like Final Fantasy Tactics, so I will not regret much by buying it.
  23. Simce ememies have usually one more stat overall in hard mode and weapon disadvantage is removed, the damage output is the same. Still it does not make my sentence right. Forgot to add a few words... Edited.
  24. Has anyone here played or heared of the game God Wars? I saw it in the e-shop and it looks a lot like Fire Emblem.
